Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 125000 platform (including the website and mobile app), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 125000 as the platform operator. Continued use after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 125000 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email.

Important Note: The 125000 platform may only be used by individuals who meet the legal age requirements in Malaysia. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their eligibility before registering or using this service.

Account Creation & Security

To use 125000 services, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user may only have one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without refund.

You are fully responsible for your password security and all activity under your account. 125000 recommends that you:

Use a strong, unique password that you don’t use on other platforms.
Enable two-step verification if available in your account settings.
Do not share your login details with anyone.
Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents include valid identification issued by Malaysian authorities. 125000 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for compliance purposes.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 125000 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and not engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to the following:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or use the platform.
Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the 125000 system or servers.
Spreading false, misleading, or illegal information or content.
Engaging in any form of fraud, including manipulating results or abusing promotions.
Using another person’s account or acting on behalf of a third party without written permission.
Transferring funds between user accounts without approval from 125000.

Any attempts to deceive the system, manipulate odds, or abuse promotions will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action. 125000 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and temporarily withhold funds during investigations.

Payments & Transactions Policy

All financial transactions on the 125000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of all payment information provided. 125000 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by users.

Deposit

Minimum deposit and daily or weekly deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the specified timeframe depending on the method used. Any failed deposits will be refunded to the original payment method within one to five working days.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or eWallets registered in the same name as the 125000 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party payment methods are not allowed. Processing times range from one to three working days depending on KYC verification and payment method. 125000 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any large or unusual withdrawals.

Any promotions or bonuses received are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must meet all promotional conditions before related winnings can be withdrawn.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Account Suspension & Closure

125000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if there is evidence of violation of these terms, fraud, or security threats. Users may also request account closure by contacting our support team. Legitimate funds in voluntarily closed accounts will be refunded after verification.

The 125000 platform may contain references to third-party services. 125000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

125000 reserves the right to modify, add, or update any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via notices on the platform or to their registered email. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
